TUITION POLICIES
|
Credit Cards, cash and checks are acepted. Each semester must be paid in full at enrollment. Second semester must be paid by December 1st 2010.
1st payment: semester 1 for August 2010-November 2010
2nd payment: semester 2 for December 2011-May 2011

There will not be tuition refunds after 21 days of 1st day of class
For your convinience we do offer two Installment payments for an additional $15.00 fee.
semester 1:
First Installment payment on August 1st.
Second Installment payment on October 1st.
Semester 2:
First Installment payment on December 1st
Second Installment payment on March 1st
Tuition is due on the 1st of specified months. It is late after the 5th. A $10.00 late fee will be charged on the 6th.
Returned checks for insufficient funds will be charged an additional $25.00.Tuition checks should be made payable to United Dance Academy.
There will be no reduction or refund for missed classes, school holidays or class cancelation due to the weather. Students who miss classes can make-up by attending another class of the same age or level if available.
Fall 2010 session classes start on: August 9th
Fall 2010 session classes end on: December 16th

Spring 2011 session classes start on: January 4th
Spring 2011 session classes end on : May 26th

ATTENDANCE
As always, attendance is very important as it determines your child’s success throughout the year and in the recital. Attendance is taken every week and will be discussed with the student and their parents if 4 classes are missed throughout the year. The spring semester is focused primarily on learning the recital piece. Many pieces include partnering and will not work if all students are not present. Please make this a priority for you and your child.
RECITAL
By the end of Fall and during the spring semester all classes will prepare a dance for our May recital .This performance is optional but all students are encouraged to participate. There will be a one-time recital & costume fee for all participating students due to UDA by November 1st. Total cost depends on each dance class, and it will be determined by october 1st.
